Shipping Prices

Shipping prices are determined based on the weight of the product, dimensions of packaging and destinations. Customer pays price of shipping. 

Change of Address

In case of address change please talk to our online support at your earliest or send us an email at info@qudsannur.com. Please bear in mind that we are unable to promise address change deliveries within our promised times if address change request came after the order is shipped out.

Split Shipping

Sometimes we may split shipping in 2-3 or more shipments depending on the customer orders and stock availability. In case of split shipment please note that shipping times may vary for later shipments.

All Orders are shipped after confirmed payment received.

Delivery Time = 2-3 Days (Processing Time) + Carrier Time (7-15 Days)

Due to Covid-19 - you could possibly experience further delays.

We have a strict quality control and it may take generally 2-3 working days as processing time after receiving the confirmed payment.

In case of out of stock or size issue, the shipping can get delayed more than 4-5 days due to the time is taken to communicate with buyers and getting replacement confirmation.

We try our best to display the size of each item and request our customers to have a look at sizing table for each item before placing the order. Otherwise, it can only result in extra shipping delays because we truly care our valued buyers and our mission is to give them the best of class products along with service and let them enjoy the pleasant, happy and satisfied shopping experience.

Tax duties as per country's policy

The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes imposed on the package at customs, these charges are controlled by your country, and we have no way to mitigate these.

1. Tax/duty is to be paid by the customer as per their country policy, we are not liable for any tax/duty incurred in customer's destination country.

2. If the item returned back to us due to non-acceptance by the customer, we will deduct any tax/duty we pay upon receiving the return and refund the remaining amount

3. If the customer refuses to accept the parcel for tax problem, and the order returned to us, we will deduce any tax/duty paid upon receiving the items and refund remaining.

4. For returns, please write lower value and write RMA no, we will deduct the tax/duty that we pay upon receiving the return and refund the remaining.

Shipping Refunds
 

To return your product, you should mail your product back to the return address on your package. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
