Refund Policy


Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

We accept order cancellation only if your product that was shipped was misprinted/defective or damaged. If the order is approved for cancellation you will get full refund. 

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, Please notify us within 14 days.

Quds An Nur does not accept returns of sealed goods, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable)

Buyer's Remorse - It is best to contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. 

Returns (if applicable)

1. If any items you purchased are defective, misprinted and/or damaged, you can return them for a refund.

To be eligible for returns, please confirm that:
Items to be returned remain unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in original packing with original label.
Items not meeting the above criteria will be considered ineligible for a return.

2.Shipping Refunds

To return your product, you should mail your product back to the return address on your package. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Customers  has the right to request for cancellation for a damaged, misprinted, defective product within 14 days after the receipt. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, misprinted or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
